I founded Growico in 2025 after a decade working inside companies and as a consultant in talent acquisition. Over those ten years I've filled hundreds of positions across organisations from 5 to 2,500 people, always hands-on, always close to the hiring manager, and always accountable for the outcome.
Along the way I've also renewed a hiring process now used across several EMEA countries, implemented an ATS, and built and executed talent acquisition and employer branding strategies that actually moved the needle.
